This is ALMOST the old mill on Garfield Rd. (seen as the main road in this picture). South Garfield Rd. goes over Chiques Creek in the bottom-right of the picture. The actual mill would be just out of this picture on the right side. The dam is visible as a white streak at the top of the photo, left of the 'T' in "Vintage".
