This is Saint Ann’s Catholic Church in Humboldt. The building behind it to the south is Saint Ann’s Catholic School that was operated and staffed by Catholic nuns.

The school was first through eighth grade and included dorm rooms for the rural students.

The school operated from 1920 to 1967 and a new church was built in 1972.
